Bruil casting mortar GTM501 meets strength class K50 and can be used within all environmental classes (X0, XC4, XF4, XS3, XD3 and XA3).
Bruil Gietmortel is suitable for securing horizontal and vertical anchors, filling gains, pouring anchors and grouting
Machine foundations. Casting/layer thickness >5 mm.
Processing casting mortar
Add 3.8 to 4.0 liters of clean tap water per 25 kg bag to a clean container or mortar mixer. Add the mortar. Mix mechanically for approximately 3 minutes using a suitable mortar mixer until a homogeneous, lump-free flowable mortar is obtained.
Apply the grout within 20 minutes at an ambient temperature of 5°C to 30°C. Do not mix old and fresh grout. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
Consumption of casting mortar
Consumption depends heavily on the product's application. One 25 kg bag of Bruil GTM501 casting mortar yields approximately 12.5 liters of mortar.
